A silver TEF awarded university based in south West London are looking to recruit a Registry Records Officer responsible for student records, timetabling and ceremonies.

Based in South West London, this university is growing through an exciting time of growth. This is a new role for the organisation, paying £15.46 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay.

As the Registry Records Officer you organise and be responsible for student records, graduation ceremonies and one off room bookings at St Mary's. Working with the student data manager you will be responsible for undertaking accurate and timely maintenance of student records within the policy guidelines of the institution and HESA both on paper and computer, in consultation with the Student Data Manager. You will act as a point of enquiry in relation to ceremonies, student records and timetabling for students and staff contributing to the smooth running of the helpdesk.

To be successful in the role you will be a strong administrator with experience of maintaining student records and statutory returns. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage large scale events. Experience of using CELCAT timetabling software would be advantageous.
