£59,000 per annum

Permanent, 35 hours per week

The Organisation:

TPP’s client is a national faith-based disability and community engagement charity that has been campaigning against social inclusion for over 160 years. The charity tackles barriers in people’s lives and works to support the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs by delivering a variety of community projects, disability care services and training resources across the UK.

The charity is looking for a Regional Manager to join their ambitious Operations team to provide line management to registered services and service managers in the South West England locality; covering Poole, Bournemouth, Somerset, Trowbridge, Exeter and Torbay.

The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be working effectively as part of the Operations team to develop and deliver high quality, regulator and compliant services across five regions. You will take on responsibility for leading and managing a group of service provisions which will include residential, community-based care and support, education and learning based in the South West of the country. You will also play a central role in developing service models, organically growing business and developing a range of services in the region in conjunction with senior managers.

About You:

An experienced and inspiring natural-born leader, you will have a proven record of managing and developing services through your in-depth knowledge of the social model of disability, whose expertise includes people management, business planning, financial management and budgeting. Passionate about transforming lives, you will have a clear understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards, knowledge of strength and needs of people experiencing learning disabilities, physical and sensory challenges. You will possess a Level 5 Diploma in Care and Management or equivalent. You will also be flexible to travel across the South West England locality as required.
