Our client, an independent charity dedicated to tackling crime, have an opportunity for an experienced partnership, project, programme and volunteer manager to join them as their next Regional Manager for London. Initially this will be a 12 month contract with a real possibility to go permanent. It offers excellent benefits which includes a very healthy car allowance.

Key responsibilities for this Regional Manager opportunity:

Identify, establish and maintain effective relationships at an appropriate level
Project manage campaigns through the entire life-cycle
Project evaluation ensuring the necessary approval and documentation is in place
Identify Development leads in the region from the public, private, and third sector
Manage and monitor budget for cost centre and funded projects
Support London Board performance, working closely with the Strategic Chair and the Volunteer Manager
Assisting in the recruitment and training volunteer Committee members
Providing professional advice and assistance to Chairs on marketing, fundraising and other Charity related activity

Essential criteria for this Regional Manager opportunity:

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Demonstrable experience of engaging with local government, MPS and Law Enforcement Agencies
Proven trackrecord in partnership and volunteer development
A capable budget and project manager used to working on wide reaching projects
Used to providing advice and engaging at Chairman level
Comfortable working at both Regional and National level
