This is a permanent Regional HR Manager role working for one of UK's leading health providers. With National coverage, this role is based in their Birmingham offices and the successful candidate will be responsible for offices based in the West of England. Regular travel to the service centres is required but the successful candidate will have some flexible working.
Applicants will be required to support managers, and volunteers and ensure effective delivery of all the HR services. You'll be managing HR Assistants and HR Advisors to ensure effective delivery of services. In additional to supporting BAU services including ER, change management you will also be involved in projects including employee engagement, and policy work. You will work very closely with managers in your regions who are all of varying experience and abilities and helping them understand policy's and become better managers.
Applicants for this role must have a proven track record in a similar role, be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of HR and employment law and be able to demonstrate where they have successfully driven and delivered change.
You should ideally be CIPD qualified or be qualified by experience and be looking for a salary of £32k - £37k.
