TPP Recruitment are delighted to be able to support a well-known Birmingham based Health charity who focus on supporting sick children as they recruit a Regional Fundraising Manager. Working as part of a fast pace team you will play a vital role in the team's success, ensuring all fundraising opportunities are maximised.
As the Regional Fundraising Manager, you will lead a highly performing Regional Fundraising team as they inspire individuals and community grounds to fundraise on behalf of the charity. The team will develop long terms partnership with these individuals and community groups, developing new activities as well as ensuring current campaigns are still run. An exciting part of this role is that you will lead on the development of new fundraising products, putting your creative ideas forward and think in a more strategic way. Another responsibility of the Regional Fundraising Manager is to ensure the team is supported, kept working towards the same goal and provided with personal development opportunities.
Title: Regional Fundraising Manager
Contract Length: 12 Months
The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience within managing fundraising teams with a specific focus on Community or Regional lead fundraising. You will have experience managing multiple people, both within the office as well as remotely, managing their performance and personal development. Excellent interpersonal skills will be key to this role not only internally but also with engaging and developing relationships with community supporters. You will have experience reporting into the SMT, the ability to budget manage, develop a fundraising strategy as well as analyse trends within the market.
