TPP's Fundraising and Development team are supporting a well known health charity with the search to a Regional Fundraiser vacancy (SW - primarily the Bristol, Bath, Cardiff area). With an ambitious 5-year strategy that will see investment in community fundraising, this is a new position that will form the start of work to build local presence to provide exceptional supporter care, to recruit new motivated and committed volunteer fundraisers, and to take the work of the charity to their networks. This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your in-depth local knowledge, matched with your exceptional communication and relationship management skills will ensure that charity's message reaches individuals, local corporates, schools and community groups alike. Bringing together local fundraising, campaigning and volunteering, you'll be responsible for communicating the need for support to local communities, as well as signposting them to the charity's support and health advice services and ensuring that they feel valued and their efforts are amplified in their local area through local press coverage and publicity.

With this being the first regional role, there is a real opportunity to shape the role, and to influence how the regional fundraising strategy is rolled out going forward. To be considered you will be experienced in establishing and developing relationships with a wide range of diverse stakeholders, with excellent organisational and time management skills as well as the ability to prioritise.

Application is by CV and supporting statement - in the first instance, to apply please send through an updated CV in response to this advert. Following this, the team will be in touch with full details about the role and recruitment process. Alternatively, please contact Matt Adams via fundraising@tpp.co.uk or 0207 198 6040 for a confidential discussion.

We want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential; please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustment so that we can help with making the application process work for you.
