A Recruitment Manager is required for a family run Care Home organisation, who have locations across Oxfordshire, to join them on a permanent basis. The organisation is part of a larger Care Home group but operates independently across Oxfordshire and offers a flexible mix of home and office working along with a commission structure.


The Recruitment Manager will lead on all recruitment needs across the various Care Home locations across Oxfordshire ensuring personnel with the skill levels required are in post. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for attracting candidates to recruitment campaigns and be part of the interview and onboarding process. The role will require the creation of bespoke recruitment solutions to some challenging roles while working closely with the Managing Director to develop growth plans. The Recruitment Manager will also develop local relationships with key contacts through themed initiatives, events, seminars and forums.


Previous experience in a fast paced recruitment environment is essential with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. The opportunity is home based therefore you will be enthusiastic, self motivated and reliable showing resilience with differing schedules. You will ideally have experience of recruiting in the Health Care sector and an understanding of staff recruitment, retention and selection, The role will require travel across Oxfordshire therefore a willingness to travel is required together with access to a car where expenses will be covered.


The organisation started as a small family run business in 2004 and is now one of the UK's largest providers of homecare services. The Home Care organisation has grown from a single Care Home to over 200 across the UK with up to 20,000 visits every day. The Recruitment Manager role will be based in Oxfordshire and will require the ability to travel by car to support the recruitment needs in Care Homes in the group.
