I am working exclusively with an international non-profit charity on a 6- month part-time Recruitment Specialist role. The organisation works with over 400 providers across the world to ensure that the food is sustainable and traceable. The Recruitment Specialist will be working on a key project working 21 hours per week.
The Recruitment Specialist will enable you to work remotely and only need you to visit the office for key meetings. You will be part of the wider HR team which is friendly and dynamic. The role will allow you to work closely with the HR Director where you will discuss ideas and report back on findings.
The main responsibility for this job is to manage the roll out of the charity's new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across the UK. This will involve creating recruitment guides, polices and training for whole of the organisation to use. You will help hiring managers improve their interviewing skills and make the whole recruitment cycle more efficient. Furthermore, the post holder will create job advert templates for the charity to use along with a step by step guide to pre and onboarding. All of this will be reported back to the HRD on a regular basis.
Other areas that the role will cover include creating a PSL of agencies, looking and improving D&I when recruiting and bringing in Psychometric testing to be used as part of the interview process.
To be a success in this Recruitment Specialist role you must have a track record of implementing and rolling out an ATS before. My client is looking for someone who is confident, passionate about recruitment and has an outstanding track record. The pro rata salary for this 6 month position will be £27,600. Experience of working in the non-profit sector would be very beneficial. You must be able to start by the 21st September 2020.
