I am working in partnership with a famous national charity on a six-month remote Recruitment Specialist position starting ASAP. The charity has over 1600 employees across the UK and they are funded through a number of different means which allows them to be the guardians of over 2,000 miles of canals and rivers, together with reservoirs and a wide range of heritage buildings and structures, in England and Wales.
The main purpose of this important Recruitment Specialist role is help with a large recruitment drive for a number of Fundraising professionals along with other areas across the charity. You will be in charge of the 360- recruitment lifecycle and support the Recruitment Manager on a daily basis.
The main responsibilities of this six-month FTC is to:
- Deliver end to end recruitment/onboarding using their recruitment system.
- Support in the screening/shortlisting of candidates for potential vacancies, working with hiring managers to ensure adverts are written correctly and advertised on the correct job boards.
- Use your knowledge and experience of using linkedIn and other recruitment platforms to source relevant candidates for the charity.
My client is looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist with experience of ideally working in-house for a non-profit organisation. It would be very beneficial for the Recruitment Specialist to have fundraising recruitment experience and be able to start ASAP.
