My client who specialises in researching for an illness which currently affects nearly 500 new people everyday is looking for a fantastic Recruitment Manager to join their team on an initial temporary basis until the end of 2019.
The office you'll be working in is the organisation's Headquarters. The office is modern, spacious and based close to a number of overground and underground tube stations.
The main purpose of the Recruitment Manager role is to advise managers on all recruitment and selection matters, undertake regular one to one's and performance reviews. You'll also be leading on the improvement of advert writing, interview questions and the candidate journey with all hiring managers. The organisation is looking for someone to start ASAP.
The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with all areas of the organisation and be able to adapt to a wide range of duties and situations. You'll need to be able to work under pressure and have a pro- active approach to recruitment.
