Are you an experienced Recruitment Coordinator, interested in working for a national youth charity? Would you like a recruitment job where you only need to work 2-days a month in the office?

This youth charity provides young people with life skills to help them in the future. They do this through learning, doing, sharing, reflecting and by taking responsibility.

The charity was founded over one hundred years ago and they are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support them on a temporary basis for up to 6- months, paying £15.05 per hour.

The charity is going through a busy period as they are recruiting a number of new employees due to the demand in the fun indoor and outdoor activities they offer children and young people.

The duties of the Recruitment Coordinator include:

  • Supporting on a number of live vacancies.
  • Managing with the whole recruitment life cycle.
  • Advertising vacancies and support hiring managers through the process.
  • Helping with the onboarding and DBS process of new employees.
  • Advising on new candidate attraction methods along with their diversity agenda.

The ideal candidate will have a customer focussed approach along with ability to develop working relationships with individuals both internally and externally. You will need to have experience of inhouse recruitment, managing recruitment campaigns from end to end and carrying out pre-employment checks. Finally, having previous experience of using HR and Recruitment databases would be very advantageous.

The role is mainly remote apart from travelling into the office twice a month for a team meeting and a chance to work with the team. The HQ is located in north-east London, close to Chingford. They provide minibus travel from Chingford station to take you to and from the HQ when you are working in the office.
