Our client, a well known charitable organisation within the Health Care sector have been and are continuing to experience a period of rapid growth and progression within their organisation. They boast a very friendly and flexible working culture which incorporates team values and progression and are now looking to recruit a new Recruitment & HR Coordinator.
As a core team member, you will spend your time providing an effective Recruitment & HR administrative service & ensuring the accurate and time inputting of data.
You will operate the recruitment management system to coordinate recruitment requests as well as ac as an initial point of contact for any queries relating to the recruitment management system. This will be an ideal role for anyone with concrete administrative experience, particularly in HR which would be an advantage.
As you settle in to the role, you will be heavily involved in the implementation of a new applicant tracking system being introduced. We appreciate some of the language could be new to you, but our client is very open minded regarding your professional background and I am more than happy to discuss this role with you in further detail.
This is great role for those of you with a strong attention to detail, for processing up to 30-40 new starters per month as well as producing numerous calculations on pro-rata salaries.
