You may be currently working in a student recruitment role, or may have skills gained from marketing, customer service or account management work.

This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office, 2 remote, based in Coventry with some national travel required.

Role Purpose:

The post holder will take ownership for their portfolio, developing and implementing a product level tactical plan driven by data for a global audience. As a member of the wider conversion team the post holder will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders across the university to deliver student recruitment and conversion activities which enable the Group to meet ambitious student recruitment targets.

Person Specification:

  • Experience of working in a sales, recruitment and/or admissions role, ideally in a higher education environment or sector with proven success in achieving KPIs.
  • Demonstrable skills and experience of networking, liaison and negotiation both within and beyond an organisation.
  • Experience of managing people and ability to supervise and motivate others.
  • Demonstrable experience and passion for delivering high quality services through excellent customer care skills and practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to understand complex business intelligence (including reports, dashboards and qualitative data) and communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve common goals.
  • A flexible approach to hours of work within a 5/7 working pattern to include evenings and weekends, as required.
