An international charity are seeking a Raisers Edge Donations Administrator to assist their Fundraising Team on a 1 year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and good attention to detail. This role would be based at their London head office.
Main duties for the Raisers Edge Donations Administrator:
Processing and inputting of all income using Raisers Edge.
Monitoring membership data lists.
Updating supporter database.
Entering all daily pledges.
Reports and general administration.
Essential criteria for the Raisers Edge Donations Administrator:
Clear understanding of sector and chairty income streams.
Database usage experience, essentially with Raisers Edge.
Excellent Customer Service both face to face and telephone.
Numerate, organised and a strong team worker.
