Quality Officer (Secretariat)

A world-class academic and intellectual hub is looking for a Quality Officer to join their Secretariat on a part-time basis. This is a critical role within the University where you will service two important committees from action-planning to setting the agenda, minuting and following up on actions. You will take responsibility for two committees and assist the quality manager to act as the custodian of all regulations, policies and procedures. You will also adhere to the provisions of data protection legislation.

In order to make a success of this role you must have 1-2 years' experience of servicing academic committees as well as experience of managing administrative tasks. You will be exceptionally organised and have good prioritisation skills.

This role will go on until March or April of next year with the possibility of being made permanent.
