We are currently working with a college based in the heart of London who primarily deliver undergraduate and master's degrees, to recruit a Quality Officer on a full time, permanent basis.

While the College is based in London, they are working remotely at the moment.

As the Quality Officer, you'll report into the Head of Quality Assurance and will work with the Quality Team in the strengthening and development of the College's academic standards and its assurance and enhancement of policies and procedures.

In this role you will work with the team to coordinate the production of programme specifications, course descriptors and programme handbooks for proposed degrees as well as coordinating programme approval events, administration of the annual review and monitoring processes, and coordinating student engagement activities including student surveys and supporting student representatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge and experience of regulatory frameworks and working with external quality assurance agencies within a relevant sector such as HE, FE, awarding organisations or professional bodies.

You will also need to have excellent communication skills to work with staff at all levels, excellent report writing and general IT skills, the ability to prioritise your own workload and the ability to work to deadlines while paying close attention to detail.
