A top University in London are looking for a Quality Manager to monitor, assess and report on the academic quality and standards. This is a fixed term contract position up until February 2020.

You will be responsible for implementing the University's quality framework and consider external benchmarks, ensuring regulations and requirements are met. Working closely with colleagues across the University and within the member institutions, you will be responsible for supporting the University in monitoring and managing its performance to ensure the quality and standards of programmes and awards of the University. You will contribute to the enhancement of the student experience through the provision of expertise, frameworks and systems to ensure excellent quality. You will also contribute to governance and the work of committees by researching, drafting and presenting papers for committees, as well as by providing secretariat services to committees.

To be successful in the role you will have an ability to establish and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders while exercising a high degree of discretion, tact, diplomacy and determination. You will have experience of working within quality and standards and understand how this relates to Higher Education. If you have experience of the quality management of research degrees or of the delivery of educational programmes by distance and flexible learning that would be an added advantage.
