A leading awarding body base in the Home Counties are recruiting for a Quality Assurance/Accreditation Officer to contribute to the delivery and development of all stages and types of quality checks.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be to coordinate a programme of site visits to Centres and Training Providers to maintain systems in relation to accreditation application, status and other developments. You'll also provide support to the Quality Panelists during site visits, in their role to make accreditation decisions.
You'll be responsible for designing, recommending and implementing Centre and Training Provider monitoring processes to ensure progress is tracked, evaluated and reported. You'll also carry out accredited centre audit activities, identifying Centres with significant risk.
You'll contribute to the wider Directorate through supporting the creation of training initiatives to ensure a good level of understanding of the organisation's accreditation policies and to ensure the accreditation products and services maximise business growth opportunities.
To be considered, you must have experience managing and operating quality assurance systems and a strong track record of developing and implementing effective quality assurance processes. You'll stand out if you have worked in the Education or Membership department of a professional or awarding body.
You must be a people person with the ability to make recomendations to experts effectively and with tact.
