A national sporting governing body are recruiting for a Quality Manager from an awarding body background with knowledge of Ofqual and Qualifications Wales conditions of recognition in order to ensure that all processes are consistent with the requirements and that they are regularly monitored, reviewed and improved.
You will be responsible for developing and managing the quality assurance function, including line managing the Quality and Compliance Administrator so you must have experience of managing quality assurance systems to ensure compliance as well as creating and implementing quality improvement plans.
You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills in order to work collaboratively internally with the Qualifications Development team, as well as externally advising centres and assessors.
