A regulatory body who monitor educational authorities are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Lead to contribute to the development and implementation of robust quality assurance processes and improvement of their inspection services ensuring a uniform approach is taken across the organisation.
As the Quality Assurance Lead, some of your responsibilities will involve:
-Creating and implementing processes to analysing and reporting of quality assurance data to measure value, identify trends and needs and track compliance
-Coordinating responses to feedback about inspections to identify concerns or strengths
-Coordinate the resolution of complaints by responding to wider concerns from stakeholders or the public
Coordinate inspection performance reviews by creating and managing systems for logging performance and manage the implementation of agreed actions
To be considered for this role, you will need:
-A good level of experience in quality assurance processes and high level administration skills
-experience within the education sector
-exceptional interpersonal skills with a range of audiences and the ability to remain calm under pressure and provide excellent customer service
-the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters in absolute confidence and the ability to know when to escalate issues to others
