An education charity that exists to transform lives through improving education around the world are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role for the organisation to ensure that the charity maintains its internal and external obligations in relation to quality assurance.

The Quality Assurance Lead will develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive quality assurance framework which incorporates contractual compliance requirements, Ofsted and other inspection bodies' requirements. You will also devise and oversee the continuous development of tools to monitor compliance and achievements against standards and requirements whilst also leafing on producing the annual Ofsted self-assessment report and acting as the Ofsted lead during inspections.

This role will also work the Delivery Partner team to ensure the delivery partners are adhering to the quality assurance standards and all requirements, policies and procedures are communicated well and understood. The Quality Assurance Lead will also coach staff and monitor delivery to ensure the highest quality of professional practice and learning outcomes are achieved.

The organisation is looking for someone with demonstrable knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and inspection regimes, as well as a broad understanding of the education sector. You will have a strong knowledge of quality management systems and experience of designing and implementing quality frameworks within an education setting.
