A regulatory body who monitor educational authorities are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Lead to contribute to the development and implementation of robust quality assurance processes and improvement of their inspection services ensuring a uniform approach is developed and implemented across the organisation.
As the Quality Assurance Lead, some of your responsibilities will involve:
-Creating and implementing processes for analysing and reporting of quality assurance data to measure value, identify trends and needs and track compliance
-Coordinating responses to feedback about inspections to identify concerns or strengths
-Coordinating the resolution of complaints by responding to wider concerns from stakeholders or the public
-Coordinating inspection performance reviews by creating and managing systems for logging performance and manage the implementation of agreed actions
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a good level of experience in developing and implementing quality assurance processes within the education sector. You will need to use your exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide range of audiences, providing excellent customer service while remaining calm under pressure. You must be able to manage sensitive and confidential matters in absolute confidence and use your intuition to know when to escalate issues to others.
