A top Awarding Body that specialises in creative subjects is looking for a Quality Assurance and Enhancement Officer on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for developing, managing and reviewing processes and policies that support the core functions of the quality assurance team. This role forms part of a team of three who you will work alongside
You will work collaboratively as part of a team of three to proactively ensure that quality concerns are identified and reported in a timely manner. You will provide expert advice and support to key stakeholders, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently enforced and applied, as well as establishing the level of compliance and preparing the Annual Statements of Compliance. As well as maintaining full compliance with Ofqual, CCEA and Qualifications Wales, you will actively get involved with producing annual self-evaluation reports. You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating policies, handbooks and support documentation.
In order to make a success of this role, you must have extensive quality assurance experience within an Awarding Organisation. You will also have worked within a regulatory or compliance framework and have written self-assessment reports previously. As well as an understanding of the requirements of Ofqual, you need to be confident writing reports and have strong customer service skills.
