This well-established national awarding organisation are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Advisor on a permanent basis based in Birmingham.
You will provide hands on Quality Assurance support to their Customer Services Senior Leadership team in reviewing, analysing and processing applications that meet the centres approved standards. Being familiar with reviewing and analysing external verifier reports, as well as being able to manage those who are non-compliant is an important skill.
