An internationally acclaimed Awarding Body are looking for a Quality Assurance Advisor to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The Quality Assurance team is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the organisation's qualifications across three regional teams.
You will support the Quality Assurance team in all quality management and compliance activity, with a particular focus on Europe, Middle East and Africa. As someone with strong critical thinking skills, you will administer the organisation's quality and compliance processes, as well as Approved Programme Provider (APP) registration, monitoring and renewal to ensure best practice and exemplary customer service.
You will also carry out APP visits remotely and in person as well as maintaining compliance records including the Continual Improvement Plan that will be used across the Quality Assurance tam. Additionally, you will take ownership for ad-hoc projects across the Quality Assurance team.
In order to make a success of this role you will have previous experience in quality assurance, risk or compliance from an educational organisation. You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to integrate well as part of a team. As someone who has worked in a regulated environment before you will be able to take initiative and have strong CRM or technical skills.
