An international, not for profit, awarding organisation are recruiting for a new role with them - Quality Assurance Advisor.

Working with a team of 7 across two countries (London and Hong Kong) you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance and Awards team. Reporting to the Head of Quality and Compliance, you will be working with maximum efficiency in terms of best practice, quality and quantity of output, customer service and use of resources to;


  • Support the Quality Assurance team in all compliance and quality management activity
  • Administer the Awards centre registration/renewal process, compliance and quality schemes

Some of the aspects to this include;


  • Receive and process applications for centre registration and re-approval in accordance with agreed targets, liaising with the International and UK Business Development teams as necessary
  • Coordinate and issue the annual centre feedback survey. Review and record the results and assist in the production of the annual report
  • Carry out centre visits remotely and in person for the purposes of centre approval, re-approval, audit and to address specific non-compliance issues
  • Monitor and report centre compliance with approved procedures and recommend/implement remedial action and sanctions in accordance with the organisations Awards policy
  • Plan and execute specific projects required to support the Quality Assurance team to meet the organisations objectives

As the ideal candidate for the role, you will;


  • Have excellent administration and customer service skills, working with your team and clients from different cultures alike
  • Be experienced in working on quality, risk and compliance issues within an awarding body
  • Be enthusiastic, self-motivating and self-organising, robust and resilient under pressure
  • Have knowledge of ISO quality management skills
