Quality and Course Officer

A performing arts school is looking for a Quality and Course officer to provide administrative support for their higher education programmes. The role will initially be an interim position with the intention to make it permanent.

The Quality and Course Officer will provide support for the operation of quality assurance, enhancement and regulatory compliance processes. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, work effectively as part of a busy team and possess a high level of attention to detail. This role will attend and take minutes of the weekly Exec meetings and monitor and coordinate completion of the action points.

As the Quality and Course Officer you will support the collation and reporting of student and course statistics for internal and external use, as well as maintain the database of graduate destinations and professional credits. You will ensure the accurate collation, recording and dissemination of assessment marks and feedback within agreed turnarounds and management the engagement process of students.

In order to make a success of this role you will have an understanding of the role quality assurance plays within higher education and a knowledge of the national quality assurance framework. You will have previous administrative experience within an education organisation and the ability to use, manipulate and interrogate databases.

The organisation is based in Chiswick and would like someone to be in the office 2-3 days per week with the rest working from home.
