A world renowned financial professional and awarding body are recruiting for a new role in their Professional Qualifications Team.
As part of a team of five the Qualifications Support Officer will be responsible for the day to day management of online certifications, ensuing they are fully maintained, up to date and continue to deliver the organisational strategy, as well as be involved in the development of new certificates.
Coming from a product background in another awarding or professional membership body you will be assisting on the development and management of the on-going maintenance of frameworks and product lifecycles including the setting and tracking of KPIs, forecasts and management of external consultants in regards to content maintenance and be involved in the development of new qualifications.
You will have confident and professional communication skills in order to address queries from external suppliers on a global scale, liaise with assessment consultants and technical experts as well as with internal colleagues from across the organisation.
Using impeccable organisation techniques you will be responsible for the management of processes around delivery timescales and development projects as well as looking at new initiatives and improvement processes.
You will also support colleagues in your team on capacity building projects set by government agencies and have the opportunity to scope out other areas which you, and this role, can develop.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an assessment coordination background or similar who wants to take a more autonomous step into project management.
