A leading financial awarding body are looking to recruit for a Qualifications Development Manager to take responsibility of their level1 and 2 portfolio and start to develop apprenticeships and trailblazers at this level.
As someone who has experience in the management and coordination of numerous qualification development projects and various assessment principles you will be responsible for managing products from specifications, blueprints and samples up to the live stage, including ensuring that they meet internal and regulator quality assurance standards and processes.
This role would be ideal for someone looking to take their next step in awarding body and have a direct impact on organisation strategy by making recommendations on current and future qualification design in this area based on your knowledge and experience around UK education and skills policy developments and funding opportunities within the 16-19yr old market.
This is also the ideal role for someone with vocational or professional qualification experience who wishes to use their experience and knowledge around end point assessments to become involved in a new field.
As someone who is a self starter and able to use their initiative you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and open team as well as be able to persuade and influence others in an appropriate manner to gain agreement, support and buy-in.
