A leading and growing family awarding body who are one of the market leaders in EPAs are recruiting for a Qualifications Development Manager to play an instrumental part in their development ensuring that all qualifications are valid, fit for purpose, and provide real value for money in meeting the needs of learners, customers and regulators.
Having existing experience in assessment and qualification development you will take on a mixed portfolio of vocational qualifications and EPAs and be involved in the development of new products for the growing apprenticeship market.
You will have excellent communication skills to work cross company with a innovative IT and E-Assessment team to provide flexible solutions for customers, as well as maintain a daily relationship with the business development team to ensure all products are customer focused. This does mean that you will have to be flexible to change and prioritisation in order to meet customer needs.
In return for your flexibility, the organisation is happy to look at a flexible working arrangement where for the right person you can work from home and only need to into the office for monthly team meetings at most if this what suits you!
