A chartered membership body who are a leading national voice that protects people against the wide range of health risks that can arise from exposures to hazardous substances or conditions at work are recruiting for a Qualifications and Training Coordinator to drive the development and maintenance of their series of qualifications and exams.
As part of a growing organisation with over 1600 members and 20 staff, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to enter the AO sector and learn the lifecycle of qualification and assessment development.
You will be a self-motivated team member to help drive their vision and ambitious new 5-year strategy forward on a global scale.
This is an exciting role for someone who has significant administrative and coordination experience and wishes to further their career by being involved in a small organisation where you will have the opportunity to influence the development of subject areas.
Working with technical and subject matter experts you will manage the specifications and liaise with stakeholders to make improvements by taking the initiative and demonstrating drive and attention to detail.
You must be able to work within a self-sufficient and positive team. You will have a desire to take ownership for collaboration and coordinating tasks with a can-do attitude. You will have good organisational and administration skills. You will possess strong relationship building skills and have the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders across a range of subjects.
Ideally coming from an education background where you have a good foundation in the principles of assessment, training or resource development you will be responsible for all areas of qualification development and maintenance as well as other operational elements such as supporting the team in the widening area of compliance nationally and globally.
