A global financial body are recruiting for a Qualification Support Coordinator to manage the day to day online certificates, ensuring they are fully maintained, up to date and deliver the organisation's strategy.

With experience of working with stakeholders and understanding their needs, as well as building strong relationships with external and internal colleagues you will be the main contact for suppliers to ensure that legal and commercial arrangements are appropriate, as well as work with key internal and external stakeholders including external clients (employers, regulators, other professional bodies) to maximise growth opportunities.

Coming from a background which has involved the management of the life-cycle of qualifications from concept through to implementation and beyond and supported the governance and maintenance of a portfolio of qualifications you will report on a monthly basis to the Qualifications Manager on performance of the online certificates (to include pricing, profitability and operations) and advise and recommend on product life cycle decisions.

You will also support the Qualifications Manager on the development of new online Certificate offerings or versions of existing offerings by actively scanning for information that impacts the current or future portfolio of qualifications and reporting on their performance including pricing, profitability and operations.
