A leading specialist Awarding Body are looking to recruit for a Qualifications Development Manager to take responsibility of existing qualifications as well as the design and development of new qualifications mainly within the Health and Social Care sector, but not limited to this.
As someone who has experience in the management and coordination of numerous qualification development projects and various assessment principles you will be responsible for managing products from specifications, blueprints, and samples up to the live stage, including ensuring that they meet internal and regulator quality assurance standards and processes.
This role would be ideal for someone looking to take their next step in an awarding body, and someone ideally from an education/awarding body background who wants to make a real difference to an organisation with a high regard in the industry.
As someone who is a self-starter and able to use their initiative you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and open team as well as be able to persuade and influence others in an appropriate manner to gain agreement, support and buy-in.
