A globally renowned awarding and professional membership body are recruiting for a Qualifications and Assessment Manager to take responsibility for the full qualification portfolio from inception to launch and subsequent maintenance.
As someone who has excellent communication skills and ability to manage staff and external contractors, you will lead a team of 3 to provide a global, high quality service and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
With a sound understanding of exam centre and AO procedures and standards you will manage and support the range of quality assurance processes that underpin qualification and assessment development, as well as consistently improve processes in relation to qualification and assessment development and accreditation to achieve maximum business efficiency and effectiveness.
Coming from a qualification or assessment development background working on levels 3-7, ideally in business related areas, you will develop the qualification strategy to meet the on-going and developing needs of the Qualifications and Assessments function and advise on and produce the guidance required to deliver the full suite of qualifications and for the range of assessment methodologies to ensure international standards are met.
