Our client, a recognised charity, has a unique opportunity available for an experienced Prospect Researche Manager. They are looking for someone who is used to working with various teams in a fundraising directorate and is after a role they can 'make their own'. This role offers salary negotiation and flexible working, which includes further options around working from home.

Key responsibilities for this Prospect Research Manager opportunity:

Lead on regular prospect review meetings
Give input on strategy on identifying new prospects
Assess prospect pipeline and give direction on achieving fundraising goals
Network with other sector professionals to develop specialised knowledge and share ideas
Provide your expertise on the purchase of research resources
Help new members of the fundraising team understand the importance of research
Line manage one direct report that will be prospect research focused

Essential criteria for this Prospect Research Manager opportunity:

Current experience working in a similar Prospect Research role
Experience in providing research on individuals, trusts and corporations
Good understanding of various fundraising research tools/customer databases
Line management/supervisory experience
Used to sharing your input/expertise and affecting fundraising strategy
