Our client, a Membership and Education Trust, has a brand new opportunity for an experienced Projects support professional who is used to assisting project managers on various crm/digital transformation projects. You will be working with stakeholders from across the department and the wider business to deliver a series of front-line system and process improvements. This is a new permanent full time role based on London's Southbank with a competitive salary and attractive benefits.
Key responsibilities of the Project Officer post:
Scope user requirements for new systems
Support the development and deployment of new functionality
Assist with user-acceptance testing in accordance with agreed timelines
Preparing accurate and timely minutes of project meetings
Maintaining project documentation and assigning and following up actions
Act as a first-line support for issues arising from project work pre- and post-implementation
Produce user guides to support project implementation
It is essential that you demonstrate significant project support experience in a similar project setting (crm/digital transformation). You will naturally be used to engaging with and working with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. A capacity to absorb and process detail with the ability to convey complex information to non-experts orally and in writing will be extremely useful to help you perform well in this post. Experience of successfully co-ordinating and supporting the implementation of digital transformation projects will be expected. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills: dynamic presentation and report-writing skills.
