I am currently working on behalf of a client of mine who are one of the world's leading international development organisations, who have deservedly achieved recognition through their work in providing educational & social opportunities to communities in developing territories as well as combating poverty. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers working from home flexibility and additional benefits. The project length is currently set at 8 months and is based in South West London.

They are now looking for a Project Officer who has experienced working within or for a fundraising department, especially in relation to direct marketing campaigns or individual giving projects.
Main duties for the Project Officer (Direct Marketing/Individual Giving):
Project managing new initiatives based on the ever-changing regulatory landscape.
Provide general adhoc support across the various stakeholders.
Assist with making sure campaigns are adhering to sector rules.
Help with making sure campaigns are run in the best interest of the supporters.
Ensure all teams are aware of fundraising codes of practice and GDPR.
Work closely with the data and IT teams on databases.
Essential criteria for the Project Officer (Direct Marketing/Individual Giving):
Experience of working in a similar role in a fundraising setting.
Ability to schedule, brief and manage multiple projects.
Proven ability in working with campaigns.
A basic knowledge of data protection rules.
Outstanding communication skills.
An understanding of data segmentation for direct marketing campaigns.
