An established NFP organisation are seeking a Project Coordinator to support with a relocation project and general smooth running of their project office.

Main duties for the Project Coordinator:
Manage the project office
Provide project administration to the project team that are managing the relocation
Assist with new office systems and protocols
Provide management information when required
All administration tasks
Support project plans
Collate information for board reports
Prepare purchase orders and invoices
Track project progress
Proof reading
Develop excel templates for management information
Committee support
Capture, collate and circulate feedback

Essential criteria for the Project Coordinator:
Strong administration/ project admin experience
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills and experience
Exceptional MS Office skills, ideally with a knowledge of MS Project skills
