An established Regulatory body based in Central London are currently recruiting for a Project Manager - Information Systems Implementation to work on a change management project which will increase the skill set of an experienced IMS project professional.
Work with IT and business analysts on continuous improvement as well as system change.
Identify the needs of the end user of the information management systems in place.
Facilitate learning initiatives such as conducting workshops.
Responsible for roll out of relevant processes and tools.
Reporting of evaluation and impact of systems project including risk assessment.
User engagement and understanding of cross department needs.
Encourage user opinion and encourage innovative suggestions.
Key skills and experience:
Demonstrable technical understanding of Information Management Systems.
Demonstrable analysis and report presentation skills.
Significant project management experience in a similar setting.
Experience delivering workshops/change training.
Excellent problem solving ability at a technical level.
Prince 2 desirable or demonstrable project methodology usage.
