This health related charity is looking for someone to join their team on a fixed term basis to support the management of a portfolio of projects ensuring they are delivered on time, are within agreed budget limits and produce deliverables to the required level of quality.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

Working closely with the Business Analyst
Production of project charters (PID) to ensure that the scope, objectives, benefits deliverables, costs, resource, milestones, dependencies, communication plan and risks are clearly defined for each project
Ensure that the appropriate level of project management is applied to each project taking into account complexity, risk and resource constraints
Maintain issue, risk, change and dependency logs for each project
Escalation of issues and risks that may impact on time, cost or quality criteria
Ensure that effective communication is in place so that stakeholders are aware of progress against plans
Constantly monitor and report on progress of each project to all stakeholders
Manage suppliers and third-parties that have responsibilities for project deliverables
Coordination and management of project related activities such as business requirements and trsing

Person specification:

Prince 2.0 certified
Experience of agile development
Managing software development projects using external vendors


Experience of health related developments and security requirement
