A creative University are looking to recruit a Project Manager (0.4) on a fixed term basis for 18 months. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and innovative working environment that has ambitious growth plans. The Project Manager will be required to work 2 days per week (14 hours) or this can be split across 3 days.
The University is replacing its current Student Record System (QL) with SITS and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the implementation. You will take the lead on project managing the student record system implementation and take responsibility for project documentation, including process maps and project reports. The Project Manager will have the delegated responsibility for delivering the project on a day to day basis, within constraints set by the Project Board. This will include ensuring appropriate Project Management processes are applied, preparation and maintenance of project documentation and providing the Project Board with the necessary information to make informed choices regarding project progress.
The successful candidate will be a highly capable project manager with experience of Higher Education administrative processes and workflows. Excellent planning and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, and you will ideally have a sound working knowledge of SITS.
