We are currently working with a leading housing association based in the City of London who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
You will provide effective project planning and management for London and South regions care and support directorate. Overseeing new contract planning and implementation, business systems reviews and production of business plan performance information
You will be responsible for coordinating the annual business cycle and operational improvement plan process. Also leading and managing all new business start up and contract improvement projects and undertaking business systems reviews.
Your key responsibilities will include Project management, Business planning and coordination and Business improvement.

- • Demonstrable project planning and management skills
- • Ability to author high quality reports and project proposals
- • Ability to plan and manage a demanding business schedule
