A leading environmental/heritage charity are looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to join the team on either a fixed term contract or temporary basis for 6 months.

The charity manage the conservation of waterways, rivers and heritage sights across the UK with the support of a large network of local volunteers and regional teams across the UK. The charity embarked on a massive rebranding project a few years ago. An important aspect of this project centres arond the replacement of all their signage on the waterways and heritage sights, creating and developing new signs and content that complements the trusts key branding and message.

As project coordinator, you will be managing the coordination of this crucial project, meeting with the various local and regional teams to establish project scope for each site within the region, create and develop project plans and coordinate the delivery of the new signage projects across the London and South East Region, working closely with the Events and Signage Manager. You must be willing to travel to various sites to liaise with the local teams in face to face meetings to establish what signs are required, coordinating the creation of new content for the signs in line with current branding guidelines. Occasional travel will especially be required to the Milton Keynes area where local resources are limited. The role works remotely but candidates will be required to make occasional site visits for face to face project meetings across the region.

You will be a confirdent communicator with excellent project coordination experience from a previous role. In order to successfully support the delivery of this project, you will be incredibly proactive in liaising with internal colleagues and local volunteers to get this project underway.
