Our client is a well-established educational charity based in Central London that is working on a new exciting year-long project, who also benefits from a warm, sociable, team-oriented working culture.
Their Project Management team is actively seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure their external stakeholders benefit from the smooth and efficient operation of this new project. You will be leading the administration of the project throughout its lifetime, supporting the efficient processing of their financial systems, and reporting back to the Education and wider team on your progress.
The Project Coordinator role will include administering the application process to the programme, overseeing course logistics, as well as the preparation of educational materials.
You will also manage booking travel for staff and external colleagues, serve as the logistics coordinator on educational seminars around the UK and on visits to Europe, support day to day financial administration for the programme, and act as the first point of contact in the education team.
This Project Coordinator role is ideal for an organized individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, who can comfortably work under pressure. The successful candidate will also need to be flexible, as occasional work outside normal working hours with travel around the UK and to Europe is part of the role. A familiarity with the UK educational sector would be desirable, but not essential.
