An established UK-wide statutory regulator and membership body are seeking a Project and Reporting Manager. As a Project and Reporting Manager, you will support the Head of PMO and manage a small team to ensure the organization?s management information unit and development projects are delivered accordingly.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and monitoring activities under the reporting and business intelligence projects to achieve project plans
Overseeing IT team functions and related business requirements in order to lead each new phase of the development process
Managing ongoing developments in line with reporting models and alongside Key Performance Indicators
Overseeing delivery of ad hoc reporting schedules and statistical information
Line managing a team including coaching and objective setting
Developing business process forecasting models alongside statistical analysis to create and maintain future activity models
Engaging with internal stakeholders to develop effective working relationships
Identifying issues related to datasets to develop and deliver business viable solutions.
Creating reports and presenting findings to the Head of PMO based on organizational performance.
As a Project and Reporting Manager you will have the following skills:
Proven experience of using Tableau to develop data warehouses and deployment reporting
Proven experience in managing KPIs for performance reporting
Ability to effectively deliver management information to a high standard
Proven experience of managing a high performing team
An analytical and confident approach to your work
Prince 2 Practitioner is desirable
