An established regulatory body are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their team for a fixed term contract of 12 months, the successful candidate will provide full project administration to a busy team.
Main duties for the Project Administrator:
Assist with monitoring the project and provide reports on performance
Support with building and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
Manage budges and expenditure for the project
Arrange meetings, teleconferences and booking rooms
Producing monthly reports
Manage financial and administrative systems
Manage expenditure records
Essential criteria for the Project Administrator:
Strong administration skills
Previous experience of supporting project managers
Strong MS office skills
Excellent communication skills
