Our client, a leading educational charitable foundation based in the heart of London are seeking a Programme Coordinator. This excellent opportunity will be on a contract role running till the end of this specific programme in April 2020. Perfect for someone at programme officer level looking to step up and broaden their existing skills.
As Programme Coordinator you will be responsible for:
End to end project management for a number of projects within the main programme
Work directly with providers to ensure key performance indicators are met
Track and monitor programme activity across the programme, regularly reporting progress
Maximise the budget spend and identify cost efficiency
Work with your team on an on-going basis in reviewing outputs and identifying opportunities to share progress
Your experience working in a similar role coordinating various projects within a large programme will help ensure you feel confident in this post. Engaging with various stakeholders externally and internally on project progress will be second nature to you. A candidate who has substantial experience at a more junior officer level, who is used to tracking programmes, would be the right fit. A natural ability for analysing using pivot tables or vlookups when monitoring programme performance would be ideal, but general monitoring analysis will be just as handy.
