We are working with a High-profile Charity who help young people from low-income backgrounds enter universities and professions to recruit for a Programme Support Officer. You will be joining an enthusiastic, committed, and successful team supporting the delivery of the Charity's programme activities for young people.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, flexible working 1 to 2 days in office and the office is based in London.

As the Programme Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a key Programme for both young people and employer volunteers. A variety of administrative tasks as well as supporting the delivery of in person events with students and supporters. You will work towards achieving results by delivering timely and high-quality responses to queries on busy email inboxes to students and professional volunteers. You will take responsibility for updating and monitoring large databases of information, with training provided on the use of the organisations data platform and processes.

To be considered for the role you will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

* Strong administration skills
* Confidence with using IT and particularly Excel
* Excellent attention to detail when undertaking tasks
* Ability to work as part of a small team
* Self-starter with ability to prioritise and manage varied tasks
