Our client is a well-established membership society based in Central London that is in an exciting period of growth and change, who also benefits from a warm, sociable, team-oriented working culture.
Their Education team of five is expanding to recruit a Programme Manager. You will be responsible for scoping the content and format of the organisation's education events and training courses. This will entail meeting with contacts at similar organization to develop brand new educational products, and bringing a team together within the organization to execute the event.
Although the role will be about 50 to 70% new product development, there will not be any financial targets set for you.
You will also need to have an overview of how the programmes come together, and be there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly with external stakeholders. However, you will also have a Programme Executive to support with the fine details of operational delivery.
This is ideal for those entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong track record in operations, who can confidently manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
