A growing charity who deliver high impact financial education to young people are expanding the team and are now recruiting for a Programme Development Manager for 12 months initially with a view to be extended.
As the Programme Development Manager, you'll be adding to the charity's product development capability, expanding the financial education portfolio for Primary Schools. Working collaboratively with partners, you'll keep abreast of the financial education landscape and ensure the charity is at the forefront of delivering high quality financial education to primary schools in the UK.
As a product expert focussing on financial education for Primary Schools, you'll research and recommend the scope of the education programme for your sector and will manage the content development and implementation plan. You'll also lead on impact assessment to ensure quality control and will work closely with other managers in the Charity to increase reach and engagement.
To be considered for the role, you will have:
-Primary school teaching experience, with proven success in product and content development in an educational context.
-A track record of planning and delivering high quality learning and engagement programmes and products including impact assessment
-Experience of using evidence to inform policy and practice
-Experience of marketing learning and education products
-Self motivation and a keenness to leverage your network in the financial or education sectors
You might also have:
-Experience of financial education or substantial outreach experience including developing workshop content relevant to financial education.
- Aptitude for digital solutions to innovatively engage relevant audiences

The organisation is based in central London and while they are working remotely at the moment, they foresee a blended approach of remote and office-based working in future.
